- 藥名找不到:請保留藥袋原文,讓藥師或醫師確認。
- 提醒時間不正確:請回到用藥清單補上每日一次、每日兩次、每日三次或睡前等用法。
- 資料更新失敗:請確認網路連線,稍後在 Wi-Fi 環境再試一次。
Common Fixes
- If medicine-bag scanning fails, enter the medicine name and directions manually.
- If a medicine cannot be found, keep the original bag text and ask a pharmacist or doctor to confirm it.
- If reminder times are wrong, return to the medication list and add the correct directions, such as once daily, twice daily, three times daily, or bedtime.
- If data update fails, check the network and try again later on Wi-Fi.
