SafeMed Box is a medication organization and safety-reminder tool. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or individualized advice from doctors, pharmacists, or other qualified healthcare professionals.
Purpose
The app helps users organize medication lists, health records, reminder times, and common high-risk medication combinations so they can communicate more clearly with family, pharmacists, or doctors.
醫療限制
- App 提醒可能不完整、過時或不適用於個別病況。
- App 不判定疾病診斷，不提供處方，不建議自行調整藥物。
- 請勿因 App 顯示結果自行停藥、減藥、換藥或調整劑量。
- 若出現嚴重不適、過敏、呼吸困難、胸痛、意識改變或大量出血，請立即尋求緊急醫療協助。
Medical Limits
- App reminders may be incomplete, outdated, or not applicable to an individual condition.
- The app does not diagnose disease, provide prescriptions, or recommend self-directed medication changes.
- Do not stop, reduce, switch, or change medicine doses based only on app results.
- If severe discomfort, allergy, breathing difficulty, chest pain, mental-status change, or major bleeding occurs, seek emergency care immediately.

App 可能使用公開藥品資料、授權資料、資料包與本機規則協助比對。藥品資料與臨床安全資訊會隨時間改變，使用者仍應以藥袋、處方、藥師與醫師說明為準。
智慧財產權
除另有標示的第三方元件、公開資料或授權內容外，安心藥盒的原創程式碼、介面文案、圖像與排版表達由權利人保留相關權利。
Data Sources and Updates
The app may use public drug data, licensed data, data packages, and local rules to support checks. Drug data and clinical safety information change over time; users should still follow medicine bags, prescriptions, pharmacists, and doctors.
Intellectual Property
Except for separately identified third-party components, public data, or licensed content, the original code, interface copy, graphics, and layout expression of SafeMed Box are reserved by the rights holder.
