看到紅色提醒時，請優先帶著藥袋詢問醫師或藥師。When a red reminder appears, ask a doctor or pharmacist with the medicine bag.
橘色代表建議再確認，例如服用間隔、重複用藥或注意事項。Orange means it is worth confirming, such as spacing, duplicate medicines, or precautions.
藍色代表資料不足或需要補充，建議確認藥袋或處方資訊。Blue means information may be incomplete and should be checked against the bag or prescription.
綠色表示目前整理結果較單純，仍應依照處方與專業建議使用。Green means the current record looks straightforward, but prescriptions and professional advice still apply.
